We had to visit Viking twice in 24 hours—once on Christmas Eve and again late on Christmas Day—for our dog, Oscar. Despite the timing, the staff were compassionate, professional, and efficient during both visits. They went above and beyond to ensure Oscar received the best care possible, even under such busy circumstances. Their kindness and expertise made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re incredibly grateful for their dedication. It was one of the scariest times for us, and their patience and empathy really gave us the comfort we needed. Considering we were from out of town, finding a team we could trust was of utmost importance to us, and we’re so incredibly relieved that we found the Viking team.

The team was fantastic making a tough situation for me and my family easier! All my pets will go here after dealing with them on the loss of my dog. The receptionist was top notch and compassionate!

Brought Biscuit in Sunday night because she was choking on kibble. The receptionist got her straight back and they were able to get the kibble out and get my pup back to her normal crazy self. The staff seemed super friendly, pleasant and understanding to all the people I seen them interact with while I was in there. So happy there’s a 24 hour emergency vet office here in this town even more happy that it’s these guys.

On Christmas night our dog became very ill. We were lucky to find Vicking Vet open on this night. Our dog unfortunately did not make it and the people at Viking were so caring and compassionate when we needed it most. I can not say enough good things about them.

I brought in the family pet for him being very sick, not eating, no bowel movements. This clinic told us he needed blood work so of course we said yes. They came back and told us he was healthy and did not have diabetes. Not even what we brought him in for. (They didn't even check his temperature) Went to another clinic right after, they told us he had an extremely high temperature, his blood work indicated he was dying and needed rounds of antibiotics. (Hes doing much better after going to the other clinic) I called and asked if there was anything they could do to help us, seeing as how our pet was totally misdiagnosed. I was told they stand by their practice even when they are wrong and that there wasn't much they could do for me. I am very disappointed, especially since I reached out to them before posting this review. Edit: We brought in a sick animal and you didn't even take it's temperature. That alone makes the checkup null and void. Being so incapable of a proper diagnosis where you say a dying animal is totally fine, is completely unacceptable. I would appreciate your response if it was at all honest. Actions count, words are cheap. You did not take care of my pet, and you did not take care of your customer after the fact when you had the chance. Your response is deceitful and hypocritical.
