This is a brand new and beautiful vet’s office. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Heitman goes above and beyond to care about his pet patients. His acknowledgment of canine care is very uplifting. I like how he takes the time to explain and answer your questions. Not Rush. . He educates pet parents with so much care. Our Beautiful girl loves him and she feels comfortable with him. I feel this is a first class in Veterinary care. You will be pleased to choose this veterinary office. Easy to make appointments too. We found our new vet! Dr. Heitman was very responsive, transparent, easy to work with. Also our dogs loved him! He quickly identified the cause for our older shepherds hip pains and gave us reasonable steps to help correct them. He also gave us at home steps to keep our pups healthy and happy as they get older. Very happy with everyone at canine vet care.

Dr Heitman and her staff are fabulous! They got Charlie my friend’s senior dog in quickly and are affordable. The clinic is beautiful and what a great location! Both dogs were very comfortable and relaxed in the clinic. Everyone was so welcoming

Our dog Sasha was acting very lethargic and had a distended stomach and ended up needing a splenectomy to remove a 8lb splenic mass. Dr. Heitman and his team were so amazing working with us to get her into surgery as soon as possible. The space is very clean, organized, and an overall welcoming environment, with lots of treats! The team was so kind and gentle with her and made sure Sasha was comfortable and had a successful surgery, and ended up being cancer free! Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Canine Vet Care and the work they did. We are very excited to call them our new vet and we highly recommend them for general care, surgeries, and anything your dog may need!

This new clinic helped me and my dog, Banjo in an emergency when all the other clinics were booked. Their team was incredibly professional and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the Doctor taking time to let Banjo warm up to them before diagnosing anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet care in Boise.
