How to Save on Veterinary Costs at VCA Falcon Village Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

We have been bringing our pets to Falcon Village for almost 26 years. We love the attention that our fur babies receive. Falcon Village also provides excellent vet care for local rescue groups. The staff is so knowledgeable and professional.

LOVED Dr. Rich and the rest of the staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so without hesitation. My kitty cat had something going on with his ear and was in a lot of pain. I couldn't find anyone else in town that wasn't booked through the whole month to see LoMein (aside from an emergency vet that would cost $175 for the exam alone). I found a coupon online for $25 off the exam for first time visits, so it only cost $50 to have him seen and it was the SAME DAY. I just moved to town, so had it not been for these folks, I don't know what we'd have done. I interacted with 4 staff members who made us feel welcome and that we were in great hands. They demonstrated how LoMein's ears needed to be cleaned and were very patient in teaching me what needed to be done. He was at ease because of their overall vibe, and that helped turn an unexpected situation that was not favorable into one that was delightful. I'm actually looking forward to going back for a follow up. I'm not an antisocial individual by any means; I've just never had better service combined with customer service.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!! My dog was suffering from an object wedged in his intestine, after 2 times going there knowing something was just not right on a Monday morning after just having spent 1400. at emergency vet on Easter Sunday, Dr. Park seemed very nice and knowledgeable. She said he looks great but just needs some antibiotics and probiotics for his "gut healh". Two days later I returned begging for something due to he still is vomiting and not holding food or water down when we can convince him to even eat and yet again she said he just needs more antibiotics. Felt totally uneasy like I was just being charged money to be pushed in and out of the system so I said ill pay your office visit and have a good day to her assistant, waited a couple hours to see if she would even follow up and of course not until I texted her. Left there and immediately went to another vet, they immediately noticed a blockage, kept him overnight, had to do surgery the next am now due to many daysi it had made its way and blocked his small intestines. So thank you Dr. Park, A for losing out on the almost 4000. I spent at Russell Ridge Animal Hospital and B for ensuring I will never return and will make sure anyone I ever come across never gets a referral from me. There are no untruths here or slander, I can show every piece of paperwork showing the validity to this review. Thank you
