After a horrible emergency vet experience and a weekend of crying, I made an appointment to put my little dog to sleep. I made the appointment with Town & Country, they were very helpful and empathetic in answering my questions. I arrived sure that my little dog would not be returning home with me. To my surprise after they checked my little dog over they said they could treat him. Instead of a very sad day, it was a very happy day. They , the entire staff were so kind to me and my little dog, we left well informed with meds and food. This place actually cares about pets and pet owners! I’d give them more stars if I could! Thanks T &C!

Extremely sweet front staff. They couldn’t help my situation, but they were incredibly helpful trying to find me a vet who took care of exotics. I am very appreciative. People like them make the world go round.

Failed to return any calls when called with serious concerns in the failure of presenting the groomer when requested. My Pomeranian was shaved when I requested for what he usually got. I only asked for it to be a little bit shorter not completely shaved. He usually gets a trim all around and his hair is still fluffy and not too short. A Pomeranian should not be shaved unless requested, Pomeranians when shaved have a risk of their hair not growing back the same way. I am very angry because the groomer could permanently ruin my dogs coat. There were multiple messages left to get in contact with the groomer which did not happen. The groomer falsely claimed that they will get back to us "shortly".

Very knowledgeable and very caring with our fur baby Milo he's a Yorkie. I like they let you come in for your visit with all this quarantine going on in the world. When I tell you that right there gave me peace too my heart especially on our very first visit.
