Jay greeted me enthusiastically and guessed my pets names based off of the appointment time which felt really special like they were expecting us. Tori went over any concerns and needs to get my dogs up to date and cared for. Dr. Hana preformed the medical needs and even stopped by the room to deliver my dog back to me and was so kind. I am so grateful for Thrive! They were able to accommodate my furry son, Levi, at the last minute & treated him with such care & compassion. The staff was extremely patient with both of us, which means so much since Levi struggles with separation anxiety. They took the time to be thorough in discussing his care, answering all of my questions, & even shared some great suggestions to help him at home. It’s such a relief to find a veterinary team that is not only professional but also genuinely kind & understanding. This will be my cat, Barry’s third time at this vet office and by far this past visit was the best! Tori, our vet tech, was incredible. She was so personable and made the experience! It was easy to talk to her and ask questions. You can tell she really cares about what she does and has cats of her own. Dr. Hana was very informative and thoughtful. He even printed out more information regarding Barry’s skin issues without me even asking. He really expressed his overall concern for him. So helpful. Highly recommend.

We've had a consistently positive experience at Thrive Pet Healthcare in Marietta. The culture here is warm, professional, and clearly centered on both pets and their humans. Every visit, we’re greeted promptly, kept well-informed, and treated with care and respect. The facility is clean, and the pricing is very reasonable for the level of service and expertise provided. Special thanks to Landon, a phenomenal vet tech—engaging, detail-oriented, and professional. Our sweet cocker spaniel lights up for the practice manager, Nafis, who has helped us on several visits and brings such knowledgeable, compassionate energy. Jai's bright smile and friendly demeanor makes us feel valued as a customer as soon as we walk in that door. Lastly, we’re grateful for Dr. Hana, whose consults are thoughtful and thorough, and who clearly cares deeply about our pet’s health. We feel lucky to have found such a great team!

Took my cat here after getting injured. I was terrified about costs because I didn’t have much to spend, but they were so understanding of that. Most vets would have said she needed X-rays but they were honest and said even if she did, her treatment plan probably wouldn’t have changed, so I’m just thankful for their honesty, mindfulness and overall passion for both the animals wellness as well as the owners mental wellness. Times are tough and they understand that. Thank yall so much.
