My King Simba is treated with pure gentleness and doesn't even make a sound , and I appreciate the Doctor and the assistant who keeps me informed of everything that's taking place with my Son . During Covid it was hard to get an appointment, as everywhere else. I called because my cat needed her shots and her nails were extremely long, getting hung on everything. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and asked a lot of questions and wasn't rushing me. She got me in the next day and took care of my Heidi! She was not happy for about a day but ohhh so much better now. Did a great job on her nails and my cat has a bit of feral in her so I don't know how they did it. Thanks a bunch! Kelly
