We had such a wonderful experience at the Vetco Total Care Location. Amber did our initial check in and checked out our dog. She was very kind and asked thorough questions surrounding our girls injury (front paw and she's been limping). They were patient and gave her as much space as needed and let me comfort her the whole time. Our pup has some vet anxiety and they were very accommodating to make her feel comfortable. Kayla came in to see her as well and did a thorough check and got us a prescription for her pain after. Offered us a few different options like x-ray and a sedative if needed. All around I really just loved how they both respected and tried to comfort our dogs first visit. No one was pushy, they took their time and just genuinely cared about our visit. We would definitely come back.

We have had an amazing experience. Our dog is dealing with osteopathic issues. The three times we have taken him in the doctors spent so much time with us and we really felt heard and they very much loved on our dog Patch. I can’t say enough nice things about the tech Kris. She is very compassionate to our dog,kind,professional and extremely knowledgeable. If I had questions she got back to me right away. She always greets us in a friendly manner and seems to really enjoy her job!

Great full service vet clinic in Petco! The vet I usually take my kitty to was booked out too far and I needed to get her in quickly. My friend recommended vetco as she takes her dog there and couldn't say enough positive things! Didn't even know there was a pet clinic in Petco before that. Very clean and new clinic. And on their website there's a coupon (expired in October sorry) for your first exame for free! I'll definitely be going there in the future! The veterinarian Leah and vet tech Rachael were totally awesome and handled my cat like pros! As good as anywhere I've been if not the best! Prices were very reasonable too and just happy all around with their service. And even got me thinking about ditching my other veterinarian 🤔😺

Amber was very helpful and lovely ! Super sweet and made sure to take care of my cat while making sure all of our needs were met! Dr. Moose was also amazing and so caring/kind and made us feel super comfortable ! Thanks again !

We really like these vets and their assistants. We have travelled to the area twice in the last 2 years and wait until we get here to schedule our dogs appointment. Cris, the vet assistant is especially pleasant and very diligent in record keeping while taking notes during our conversations. Thanks for all the extra information you share regarding diet and other topics.
