My visit was brief this evening, but I noticed that everyone was kind and professional. I had to find a place to put my chicken down and they got me in right away. Although it was a little pricey, it made up for it as We were greeted kindly and I appreciated the room they used for end of life. I will definitely be back if I need vet care in the future RIH Chicken ❤️🐓

My 3+ cats have been patients here since 2020. The staff and veterinarians are wonderful, and take the time to make sure I understand any potential health problems. They do phone calls after appointments to make sure my kitties are feeling ok after being poked for vaccinations or blood tests. They take the same care with my grumpy, 16 year old cat as they do with my 2 year old affectionate youngsters.

Called to schedule first pet exam for a newly adopted kitten. Spoke with Joshua. He was detailed, listened, and explained everything needed for our upcoming visit. There is a lot to do and keep doing for a new pet. Here's hoping to a positive working relationship.

I recently took my 4-month-old Frenchie, Ollie, to see Dr. Kersey at St. Michaels Companion Animal Hospital, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was welcoming, and Dr. Kersey was great with Ollie. Her bedside manner is amazing, making Ollie feel at ease right away. Dr. Kersey took the time to thoroughly examine Ollie, patiently answering all my questions. Her knowledge and honesty were impressive, providing me with valuable advice on caring for a young French Bulldog. She didn't rush the appointment, making sure I felt informed and confident about Ollie's health. I highly recommend Dr. Kersey and the team at St. Michaels Companion Animal Hospital. They are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to providing the best care for our furry friends. I'll definitely be bringing Ollie back for all his future check-ups.

I have a reactive dog that is terrified of people. When the technicians at this vet heard that they literally cleared him a pathway to get to the room in the most comfortable way for my dog. They also respected his boundaries and were incredibly patient. This vet goes out of their way for both their animal clients as well as the clients humans!
