My dog had a urgent problem of a bleeding mass on his paw. On a Sunday I was able to reserve a time online, check in via kiosk and we in a room in less than 5 min. Service was excellent. He went in for sedation and had minor surgery to remove the lesion. They gave me meds and emailed instructions to f/u with my vet. The vet discussed various options of treatment and we made a plan. Today he is sooooo much better. Thank you so much for taking great care of my pup. F/u. The notes were very good and sent to my email for my primary vet. They told me to fu with my own vet for dressing changes. When inspected out vet could barely see where the mass was removed... You could tell he felt so much better when we got home -= he actually ate and drank. .In 2 weeks - his is back to normal.

Recently visited, our Labrador who was suffering from a bad itching. The staff and doctor looked her over real good, skin irritation was the problem and it cleared up within 12 hours. Thank you for all your help.

I was so thankful UrgentVet was available after my dog consumed some compost (which is very toxic to dogs). The team in Englewood is very professional, compassionate, great at communicating what steps they were taking and went over and above to care for my dog. The fast action they took may have saved my dogs life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I took my cat in to assist her in crossing the rainbow bridge due to advanced illness. I don't remember the vet's name, but he fumbled it...badly! Once the catheter was in and Sophie was in my arms, he didn't get the sedative in correctly the first time, he admitted he didn't know "how to do it," the vet tech helped him and after another attempt he finally got the job done. Then he didn't even check for a heart beat, he put his hand under her chest for all of two seconds then he walked away. Terrible experience for such a heartbreaking event. Only made Sophie's passing worse...I still cry thinking about it...RIP Sophie.

Dr May, Shannon, and staff are so amazing. My kitty was feeling unwell and I wasn’t sure to what extent. Everyone was so kind and compassionate, patient and understanding. They presented my options and I never felt guilty or shamed for any decision I made. I felt very supported and I am so grateful for this team, for making myself and my kitty comfortable. Thank you all so much for everything.
