Stay aware—DO NOT bring your pets here! We brought our sick cat to Petco for an urgent appointment, only to be turned away because we were 10 minutes late on very snowy day. Instead of prioritizing the health of an obviously ill animal, the staff coldly told us to “go someplace else.” This place clearly does not care about animals, just their rigid scheduling. If you’re looking for compassionate care for your pets, do yourself a favor and take them elsewhere. The attitude at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional—exactly what you don’t want when your pet is in distress. Avoid this place at all costs!
