Well I put our dog down here which went as smooth as it could go show me what time for my cat we brought him here and they asked if I wanted an imprint of his paw which I of course said yes, it wasn't until later that evening when we got home and I realized I never got my imprint, so when I called down to ask for it she was like oh well you should have done that while you were here and I was like I didn't even know about it until you guys offered it so I didn't get it when I left so I wanted to call and see if I could still come pick it up and they never made it. So they offered this awesome memento, and I never followed through with it it kind of broke my heart.

I have to give this place five stars for their professionalism and they are second to none.... it was Sunday and I was around 6 in the evening and my dogs went fishing with me in the boat and just so happened well one of my dog's got Dusty got a treble hook stuck in her belly I tried to get it out and I couldn't get it out so I start freaking out and looked in the phone books for any vets that were open Sunday night it was around 9 I finally found this place in Monte Vista and it was about 9 by time I got there and that place was packed I couldn't believe how many people were in there but since I called ahead of time I didn't wait for 2 minutes and they got me in there woman doctor came in and I'll just holding Dusty and petner and I turned around she was here it is and she already had it out it was not even a minute I can't say nothing more than they were just awesome people awesome people I would recommend this place to anybody awesome place
