I recently took In my cat for a check up which led to getting some tests done. We paid for a PCR test that was getting sent to a lab and was told the results would be back in 2-3 business days and a call back from the doctor. I patiently waited those 2-3 days with yet no call from the doctor!! Figured give them a couple more and still NOTHING! I called multiple times on different occasions and yet still no results. After an attempt to cancel and be refunded they simply told me “it can’t because it was already sent out.” After the several calls they finally decided to tell me that test was taking longer because it was sent out of state and it takes 5-7days to get the results instead of the originally quoted 2-3. No one informed me of any information any of the times I had called until they finally called with results two weeks after my original appointment. They were no help and did nothing except say sorry this usually doesn’t happen. Paid 200$ and wasted my time for a horrible experience. Will not be going back again.

Can get an appointment relatively quickly. Vet and vet tech were very nice. Medication is crazy overpriced. Call if you have a question, don't email.

Everyone working here is incredibly kind. It's easy to schedule an appointment online. The pricing is reasonable. I trust the care of my doggie with them!

Great vet clinic- clear, and to the point. No frills, they take great care of my dog. I don’t need the pomp and coddling of the more luxe clinics, paw works is about helping animals and I love that about this place. It is purpose built and staff is helpful and clear, not constantly trying to upsell and up charge like some unfortunate experiences I’ve had with other hospitals. It seems that they care more about pets than they do about people, which my dog and I couldn’t be happier about.

We brought our Golden Retriever Leo in as an emergency visit , first thing in the morning , after the Christmas weekend. We were greeted by friendly , polite, professional staff members. As an anxious animal owner , they were patient with my heightened anxiety. Leo has been struggling for days with chronic pain . As well as , he ate a sock which caused a blockage. He was able to throw it up after a week , but left him still throwing up and diarrhea. Leo had also had hip reconstruction from hip dysplasia and then a broken pelvis , elbow dysplasia surgery at 7 months of age , in between multiple intestinal blockage surgeries , at 9 years old a torn ACL surgery . After speaking with Dr Ravenscroft for a long time. As a family decided Leo was suffering , not just physical pain , but emotional pain with heightened uncontrollable anxiety. Dr Ravenscroft tried multiple medications this past year to ease his compulsive and neurotic behavior. With no avail. His heightened anxiety fought off sedatives of all kinds. We as a family decided it was time he be relieved of his suffering. It is heart breaking . Although , he was a mental and physical tragedy due to having so many orthopedic surgeries, gastric blockage surgeries etc.that we needed to end his suffering. Dr Ravenscroft was amazing . She cried with us . Thank you Chad Atkins for making it possible to see Dr Ravenscroft at 730 am to help Leo. Your patience, kindness and compassion made this decision more bearable.
