After Thanksgiving dinner, my husbands family dog had a seizure and I saw there were no available animal hospitals nearby except for this one. I’ve had many pets in my life and am experienced with hospital visits and putting down pets. I had no expectations coming into this but hoped for the best given the circumstances. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, helpful staff. From the moment I called in, they were very kind and informative. When we got to the hospital with our dog, the staff greeted us and took their time answering our questions and helping us check in. While I waited in the lobby with my sister in law, the staff took my husband and his family to the back and offered us water and were very kind. Ultimately, we decided to put down the family dog and the staff were very professional and did not rush us as we said goodbye. Since we put her down, we got her cremated. I’ve also had experience with this, so I was very impressed when they hand delivered our beloved Lady to my mother in laws home. Not only did they bring her home within about 5 days, they also took an imprint of her paw on a ceramic ornament so my mother in law could put it on display. It was the sweetest finishing touch and my mother in law felt so relieved and happy when she got her baby back. I’ve never seen a hospital or vet center go this far. If you are unfortunately in this situation, I highly recommend coming here. The pricing was very fair, the service and everything was 5 stars all the way. Thank you for helping my family turn a negative experience into a beautiful one.
