Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Experience

Ask whether the clinic has experience treating your specific type of pet, since care can vary between dogs, cats, and pocket pets.

Emergency Care Procedures

It’s helpful to understand how the clinic handles after-hours emergencies, including whether they provide emergency services or refer to nearby emergency hospitals.

Communication Preferences

I love Dr. Albers and his whole staff. They are the kindest most genuine gentle people you could ask for in an office. Totally recommend them and they don't get a 5 star they get a 10 star!!! He takes care of all my babies!!!

i took my precious lola to have tumors removed and a spay she is now DEAD she bled out and they did not contact me to tell about the severe complications during her spay I had to call them. she bled out and did no calls or blood transfusion and she is now gone yesterday she was in my arms. I had to call them I could have taken her to an emergency vet which is what we were doing and I had to hear my daughter saying hang up while they were doing CPR. After receiving the documentation about her procedure I learned no CBC was completed post op to make sure she was fit for surgery. It states she was suffering from hypothermia but above the temperature they stated there’s no record of what it was prior to that conclusion. States that the gave her fluids but not warm or cold. Or what they were doing to try and raise her temperature. They had also given two medication that lower blood pressure.Which did not help her at all. After the spay they did ultrasound and report states seeping. She was not breathing on her own so she was intubated from the time for almost 4 hours. We were never made aware that a body temperature 94 was detrimental and Truly life threatening only it was concerning. We were never even told she couldn’t breathe on her own. They had no overnight care but if we were told the truth we would have kept her there. The topper is I have emails where she lied and tried to put Lola’s death on me and my daughter. So i paid for care to have my Lola die and now the cost of cremation. They do not accept responsibility. All I know Is Dakota Johnson Guzman is who I communicated with. I have all emails and Lola’s report. so they cannot tell parties I’m not being honest. Last not only they released her not telling us she couldn’t breathe not breathe on her own they documented dehydrated. But you released and she passed away.

When I called they were booked, but offered to do an evaluation to see how bad she was. They kept her overnight and did tests. They diagnosed her and she was feeling better when I picked her up. She’s on her way to feeling herself very soon. Thank you!

Best veterinary in the Valley! I drive from Tulare and back, just to come here. They get me in asap, and always fix my dogs up! The girls working the front desk are very friendly and courteous. They always answer any question I have.
