Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

We are very satisfied with the level of service and care provided at this Vetco location. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, from the reception team/concierge to the vet techs and the veterinarians. We particularly appreciate the attention given by Dr. Pohl. He always allocates sufficient time to thoroughly discuss our cats' health history, patiently asking and answering all of our questions. Dr. Pohl is highly capable and comfortable when working with cats, which is so important, as it truly helps our cats remain calm and trust him during examinations. Additionally, Dr. Pohl maintains reliable communication, providing timely and clear updates via text messages or phone calls following appointments or tests. Overall, we have consistently had great experiences at this location and are happy with the high standard of care our pets receive. We truly appreciate that it is open on Saturdays and when we make appointments in advance, we can usually secure a time slot. Thank you South Pasadena Vetco Team! 🐈🐈‍⬛🐈

Dr.Phol, Jasmine & Belen were so sweet & helpful! We’ll definitely be back💛 They got us in the same day (thank you so much to the phone reps too that helped make it happen) & even moved our appointment for our cat delay (she was anxious getting in her carrier). All the staff were very understanding. Our little kitty felt so safe as soon as she was in the office & you can tell they really love animals☺️ Dr. Pohl is a cat dad himself so he attuned to her needs quickly & let me be right there with her💛 He even offered a follow up plan if need be🐱 Thank y’all so much for seeing us so promptly & offering the first time visit discount! They go over all recommendations with the pricing including before they go through with any of the treatments too which I really appreciated🙏 Much love to y’all & the animals/ pet lovers! All pets seemed really happy to be here too🐾 I was pleasantly surprised how quickly mine felt at ease😻 Much love from this cat mamma to the next🐈💞 Shoutout to Belen who went through the trouble of finding me in the store to help me with some post visit questions~ what a total sweetheart! Great service! All around. The receptionist, vet tech, and veterinarian were all super kind and professional. We spent about 1 and a half hours here however the appointment felt comfortable and the vet appeared to take his time in explaining all current options and steps to follow. Pricing is average but I did feel my doggie was safe and in good hands ♥️

We absolutely love everyone at this clinic and trust them wholeheartedly. They’ve cared for our two puppies since they were just eight weeks old, and now at six years old, we still wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The people here are some of the kindest, most genuine souls. They truly care about your pets like their own and are incredibly understanding and communicative—something that is vital when it comes to our animals’ health and well-being. A special thank you to Dr. Sharp, Dr. Pohl, Luis, Jasmin, and Belin—you are all amazing! Every single person here makes a difference, and we are forever grateful. 💛🐾

All staff were nice, they were very helpful, and they were all very welcoming. They were very patient and listened to my concerns, and addressed all my questions and provide a treatment plan that was best for us. Definitely recommend! 🐾
