My experience with Pasadena pets hospital has been fantastic. I got in touch with them months prior as it was for my dog's export health certificate. The team is experienced with health certificates and it's processes. I was impressed that I even received a call from them one month prior to my appointment reminding me on some import requirements of my destination country. This goes to show that they know what they are doing and have the initiative to follow up closely. My dog has extreme fear of vet clinics and I have expressed my concerns prior to my visit. We were attended to by Dr. Sylvia Kim and she was very patient and empathetic towards my dog. Due to fear, my dog did not allow Dr. Kim to touch him at all. She was extremely patient and took her time to make sure my dog was settled and did not rush through the consult. The vet techs and nurses especially Rosey, Andrea and Elizabeth were brilliant. Health Certificates are very time sensitive and they made sure that my pet's health certificate was done correctly and in a timely manner. My dog arrived in Singapore without any problems. They are a dedicated and professional team. My experience with them surpassed my expectations and I would highly recommend them! Thank you once again for a fantastic experience.

Every business goals should be to create raving fans and Pasadena Pet Hospital has done that for us. The professionalism, organization and personal touch is all over the top and Dr. Stan and the entire staff deserves a standing ovation for their care of our Sesame!

Great that the team are pros and know how to handle both of my dogs nicely and peacefully, esp one from rescue, Modern Dog Pasadena did not know how. Highly recommended.
