I am so happy I found top choice. Animal Hospital Dr. Self is a wonderful and her staff are so nice. It’s one of the cleanest places I’ve been in. I love it. Take a chance on her. She’s the best I’ve been looking for a long time I went and just take my babies to anybody, but now I found them thank you.

I brought my cat in during their grand opening special so the exam was totally free! Other services were affordable as well, including their medications which are around the same price as chewy (so i don’t have to pay for shipping). My baby usually feels a little scared at the vet but the staff made sure she was comfortable and safe. 10/10 recommended experience!

This was Oscar's first visit to Dr. Self at Top Choice Animal Hospital. We just adopted him and we were treated so well by the Dr and all her helpful and friendly staff! We are switching all of our pet's needs and care to this Vet, as she cares! Top Choice is NOT a Corporate owned facility!!!!!

I first heard about Top Choice Animal Hospital from my old vet, Dr. Gross. She told me about this new place opening up in Long Beach, and since I trust her, I gave it a shot. I'm very glad i did. Dr. Self and her staff were great. My cat is the sweetest guy at home, but the second he walks into a vet’s office he turns into a spicy devil. Other places have had to turn me away because they took one look at him and said they couldn't perform an exam, but Dr. Self was calm, patient, and still got the exam done. Another big plus is that Dr. Gross is working here a couple days a week, and she sees exotics. I’ve been wanting to get a bearded dragon one day, but I haven't because its hard to find a vet that sees exotics. It feels good knowing I already have a trusted vet for both my cat and my future reptile. I’m just really happy I found this hospital. Good vibes all around. I will be recommending Top Choice to my friends and family.

5 Stars! Dr self and her staff were great with both of my pets. My cat got an anesthetic dental and had to have 4 teeth pulled. She’s doing so much better after their care. And the price was so much better than some of the other places. My dog was seen by her and the Cardiologist that comes in every couple of weeks and we had a great experience with that as well. We are so happy to have an amazing new vet hospital in Long Beach.
