I’ve been taking my 10 pound fur baby to Dr. Samuel Azab for over 4 years & it was likely the best decision I could have made for my dog. Dr. Sam is a very kind, educated, and caring vet with a warm bedside manner that my pup & I sincerely appreciate. My numerous experiences with Broadway Pet Hospital over the years have all been truly exceptional. The staff are also highly knowledgeable, courteous, patient, & always willing to help your pet in any way they can. Now they’ve moved into their beautiful, convenient new office on Broadway & I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I thank & am very grateful to Dr. Samuel & his stellar staff at Broadway Pet Hospital for taking such amazing care of my pup.

In my darkest days. My Pug Taz got really sick over night. Pug loved the Dr. She never showed signs of any stress when going here. On her last day. She sat calmly in her buggy. The staff showed that they loved her as if she were their own. After she left me the Dr placed he's hand on her head to say goodbye, then on my shoulder softly saying I'm sorry for your loss then said she was a good girl. You took good care of her. The office techs and staff helped me make her paw prints as I held her. Folks if your going somewhere else your missing out. These people care very much for your pets. I consider them part of my family. Doc if I happen to get another Pug your doctor. She loved you. Taz (Pug) 04/27/2010 to 08/08/2025 I had 15 years of unconditional love.

To the wonderful team at Broadway Pet Clinic, I’ve been bringing Pepper to Dr. Sam and the amazing staff at Broadway Pet Clinic for several years now—even back when you were at the old location. Throughout all this time, you’ve consistently cared for Pepper with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Sam’s love for his furry patients shines through in every visit, and the entire team has always gone above and beyond for us. At our most recent visit, as Pepper approaches the final stage of her life, I came seeking guidance—and you provided exactly what I needed: thoughtful support, clear information, and heartfelt compassion to help me make the best decisions for her. We have been loyal customers for over seven years. I currently have three dogs, and we previously had two cats, all of whom have been regular patients at this location. We’ve always purchased our pets’ medications and completed all of their exams here. Today, I had a 12:30 PM appointment for an exam for my dog Buddha. I was taken to an exam room and told the doctor would be right in. However, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes without anyone checking on me or providing any updates. The doctor finally came in just before the 45-minute mark, briefly examined listened to his heart, looked at my dog’s ears and teeth, and recommended that we brush his teeth and schedule a cleaning in a year. When I asked about the delay, I was told there had been a couple of complicated cases. While I understand emergencies can happen, I don’t believe this justifies leaving an appointment waiting so long without any communication. If this had been a walk-in clinic, I would understand — but this was a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this experience along with many others left me feeling that our time and continued loyalty as long-term clients are not valued. Given this, we’ve decided to seek veterinary care elsewhere moving forward

I have nothing but good things to say about the professional staff and Dr. Azab. They have been very responsive to my dog's needs and my concerns. They are also quite affordable, and that helps because my baby 🐶 🐾 means everything to me, but I also need to keep a roof over our heads and food in our stomachs. I can gladly report that we haven't missed a meal since going to this hospital, and thanks to their great care and service, my dog is happy and healthy!
