This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a vet clinic, I will be recommending them to everyone I know! We had to put my boyfriend’s dog down and the staff were extremely polite and amazing. They weren’t looking to just make money, but to do what’s best for your pet. I am very thankful that we took him here for his last day!

Where do I even start. This is the best only vet we will ever be taking our fur babies to. My son was taking our Frenchie, Bentley out for a walk yesterday and he started having trouble breathing. His tongue was changing color and he was struggling to breathe. We rushed him over to PetCura and literally ran in the door. The front office girl (so incredibly sweet) took him back to the Doctor and they started working on him right away. Long story short, he had a stoke and stopped breathing, they had to intubate him. The doctor came in and gave us the worst news possible. Said he didn’t have any brain function any longer and that our baby would most likely not make it. He suggested that we wait a bit while they continued to work on him so we did. After about an hour he came in and said that Bentley was starting to respond. It took a while but after the doctor and amazing vet techs took such great care of him we were able to take Bentley home last night. We cannot thank this office enough for taking such great care of our baby. They literally saved his little Frenchie life. We are so beyond grateful to everyone there yesterday. thank you all again, from the bottom of our hearts.

Absolutely one of the worst hospitals in Livermore and in this area of the tri valley. They have a tendency to make huge medical mistakes like a patient who needs a TPLO surgery on the right leg and when they do surgery, they end up doing it on the left leg. My friend was so distraught and her dog was in so much pain. Now they have to do it on the right leg, which you needed it in the first place. The turnover rate of employees there is ridiculously fast every time I go in there its like a whole new staff. Also, the doctor has absolutely no respect for his female workers. I heard him scream at a technician through the wall because she made a mistake on something in the exam room. I know this hospital is open seven days a week, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my absolute worst enemy. There are so many horror stories of things that have happened there that have become common knowledge around the city.

My dog had to have surgery and Dr. Sing put a team together to ensure a successful outcome. Dr. Sing has gone out of his way to follow up on my dog's recovery. I highly recommend PetCura Animal Hospital.
