Outstanding! Everything about PetSmart Veterinary Services is exemplatory. The staff are caring and knowledgeable. You get the feeling they enjoy their work and it shows. Dr. Nancy has an array of expertise including surgical and emergency veterinary medicine. Our family was recently blessed by a new addition, Gracie, who is a K9 rescue that was in need of spaying. After considerable research we chose PetSmart Veterinary Services based on reviews and the reasonable cost of spaying. Bottom line is we received wonderful care for Gracie delivered at a reasonable price. My only regret is that I wish my personal health care providers could match the loving care provided to Gracie.

Dr. Nancy Zaghloul and her team are incredible! My pup had pneumonia (the picture where he is laying down sick) and she and her team took the necessary steps to heal him. It was a process due to his illness, but every move she made was intentional, caring, and always made progress for him getting better each time we went to see her. I am grateful for their knowledge, compassion, understanding, and they are just great people to be around as well. I've gone to other vets before and feel I haven't had much success until I met Dr. Nancy Zaghloul and her team. If you're looking for a vet who knows how to help animals, look no further. This lady is AMAZINGGGGG!!!

Exotic Veterinary is what we needed for our pet rat Ears! So glad we were able to find a specialty Doctor in the area to treat our fur baby. Dr Zaghloul and her staff are a gentle, knowledgeable, compassionate & welcoming team. Dr Zaghloul also gave us a discount on services and I would definitely make this my go to Vet for my other pets. I highly recommend this team!!!

Dr. Nancy Zaghloul and her team are incredible! They neutered my cat, and he recovered beautifully with no issues whatsoever and was back to his normal goofy ways instantly ! healed very quickly as well ! Very happy with the amazing work they did I drove all the way from Moreno Valley to come here and will continue doing so!

She’s supported our rescue through everything, treating our animals with unmatched care. Her fairness in pricing is beyond appreciated, and time after time, she’s gone above and beyond for both us and the animals. She has performed some of the most intense and complicated surgeries with grace, and her work is simply impressive and beautiful.
