Dr. Nichols and the rest of the staff are amazing!! I have been looking for a new vet in my area and the office was so incredibly communicative and easy to schedule with. Dr. Nichols and her team is the best there is! I bring my 4 year old frenchie and they always take great care of him even though he is a handful. I would never take him to anyone else. Highly recommend!!

Went in for some bloodwork and a wellness check for my cat. I love how bright and refreshing the atmosphere is in here. The staff is great. My cat is very skittish and they handled with plenty of care. Pricing was extremely fair. The spay my cat is getting plus additional x-rays is still less than the “low end” quote at my previous vet. Hoping all goes well in a week but a fantastic experience so far.

I had my first experience at Livewell Animal Hospital today with my two senior dogs, Casper and Boo, and I couldn't be more impressed. Dr. Nichols and assistant Donita, exceeded all expectations As a parent of senior dogs, finding the right vet is everything—especially with Casper’s recent IVDD and mobility challenges. Dr. Nichols was absolutely wonderful; she took a lot of time to ask detailed questions, truly listen to my concerns, and spend quality time with both boys to get to know them and their specific needs. It was so clear that she prioritizes both their health and their comfort without ever rushing through the appointment. Her assistant, Donita, was equally fantastic and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. It is rare to find a clinic that combines high-level medical expertise with such genuine, unhurried compassion. I am so relieved to have found this team in Huntington Beach for our fur babies!" I was referred to Livewell Animal hospital in Huntington Beach by a friend and I’m so glad I brought my dog in. He was so itchy and I couldn’t figure out how to make him better. I have gone to other animal hospitals and they just didn’t give my dog the attention he needed like they did here at Livewell. They completely fixed his itchy skin and it’s been night and day. They did follow-up calls to see how he was doing and it made me feel like they really cared about his wellbeing. The staff here is so professional and knowledgeable. The clinic is so clean. I will definitely be recommending Livewell Animal hospital to everyone with pets!
