The emergency vets here were amazing. We brought our dog in and the front desk staff quickly helped us. They examined him in relatively short time and made sure that he was stable. It was a little bit until we were able to speak with the vet but the support staff made sure that we knew what was going on. He stayed overnight and each of the vets called to keep us informed of what was going on. Very happy with the care that was provided.

tldr: my experience: expertise & kindness ❤️ saved our boy The negative reviews on here are so confusing to me bc my experience has been nothing but good. The first time I came here freaking out about my cat’s involuntary movements in his sleep. The second time I came to this ER was for some actually concerning symptoms that came up really quickly for him. Right off the bat I was warned that it could be several hour wait but if things got worse for him he would be seen immediately. They only seemed to have a few people on deck so that made TOTAL sense to me. (& they have snacks and beverages for you while ya wait 😮) I was grateful that I got here as soon as we felt something was wrong. My instincts were correct this time. The staff were gentle with him and speedy with a diagnosis and plan. Treatment was in the thousands, but with pet insurance, it is doable (Pls get pet insurance!) And the staff are nothing but understanding and compassionate given the circumstances. He had to stay for a couple days and I was continually updated on his condition and felt that the different staff members that were working on him really cared. They welcomed me to text anytime if I had questions…. This was a stressful event for our little family and especially for Marvin, but I can tell they made it as painless as possible. P.s. I can’t remember the receptionist’s name but she reminded me of a brighter version of Pam from the Office lol ?!? She was so real and loving & made the whole thing the opposite of a soul-sucking experience. see before and after pics of our bb boi 💛 we’re so happy he’s home

Took my 1 month old kitten in 8/14/23 because he had a urethral obstruction. My kitten was still really happy and playful despite that. I paid $950 for them to do x-rays, an ultrasound and a bunch of other things. As much as I appreciated that, I feel like they only shortened his lifespan. When my family members went to pick him up, he was in terrible condition. He wouldn’t eat or drink anything and would vomit. By the next day, 8/15/23 he could barely walk or do anything. I feel like they ruptured his bladder or did something to him. Why? Because when I took a good look at him, something was protruding from his belly. And that was not there before. As I mentioned, he was still a happy little guy before I brought him here. And I know he was going to end up getting worse as time went by, but I would have liked to have a little more time with him. I brought him here to see if anything could be done for him. Not for them to speed up his demise. Also, $157 dollars for euthanasia?! That’s a ridiculous amount. They also charge you a $28 dollar fee aside from the $157 to get a bag to place your pet in. It’s absurd. I honestly regret bringing my kitten here. He’s gone now. Passed 8/15/23. Got him euthanized at my local vet for only $95 dollars. I understand it’s an ER, but prices are ridiculously high. Only good thing I can say is, the staff was friendly. 2 stars from me for that reason only.

Took my dog in for an ear problem, he was sedated to look at his ear., ear canal. $500.00 later sent home with a antibiotic and an ear wash solution, took him to another vet a week laterite do a follow up, was told if he was sedated his ear should”not look like this. Another $200.00, to be told that we negotiate are dog.

They saved my babies life. He was in heart failure and they acted very quickly, got him on oxygen and got the fluid out of his lungs. The front desk staff were very kind and patient with us and the vet explained everything well. Of course it’s expensive, it’s emergency care but it’s worth it. We paid upfront for our babies care and were refunded almost $1500 when we went to pick him up so they clearly are not just trying to take your money which is a nice change from a lot of places.
