In the midst of having to make one of the hardest decisions in my life I feel that it was made with staff members who actually cared. Unlike the jackals that run one of the local ER vets when decisions are made under this roof it is done with the utmost care and respect for the pets and the owners. I know that my little guy Vega is at peace after a rush death sentence diagnosis of heart failure was made and rather him suffer unbearably even he knew he could go in peace under their care. To see the lobby lights turned off and candles lit for him made us feel better in such a miserable time. We are still and will be for some time completely heart broken but we were able to make the tough choices and spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye without the priority of a bill being shoved in our faces. We are forever grateful 🙏 Goodbye my silly little shadow And then a week after we received a sympathy card signed by the entire staff 🥺 THANK YOU ALL ..

I started bringing my dogs here because the clinic is so close to home, but little did I know that Cottage Pet Hospital has BEST doctors and staff. I adopted a senior dog named Ginger about 18 months ago and she came with many ailments. Dr Gallo has been my go-to doctor for Ginger, specifically (also for my other dog Toby). Ginger comes in so often that everyone knows her name… and I always get the best treatment plan for her because Dr Gallo truly cares so much. I appreciate that she, too, rescues senior dogs and really cares about the well-being of them. I feel so at ease bringing my doggies to her because I know she is always looking out for their best interests and has a heart of gold. Cottage Pet Hospital is the only place I trust for my babies🐶🐶!!

Nothing but care and caring from Cottage Pet Hospital.. My dog seemed at ease . The Prices were excellent , and service excellent.. You may have to wait at times due to previous operations or care .be patient it could be your pet they are helping..

Took my cat in for my eye infection. First time visiting a vet in this area, and compared to the ones I've been close to home there was a difference. I felt heard, I felt my cat was seen as a patient not just another cat. I love Dr. Gallo, she was sweet and explained the situation thoroughly. The nurse, omg I forgot her name but she was amazing! Also, reception was kind and helpful every time I called and checked in. Definitely, recommended! The prices are pretty standard for a first time/ no insurance visit. Thank you -Susie (Sally's mom) ♡♡ (p.s. they have great taste in music)

It is always a pleasure to bring my pet into Cottage Pet Hopsital. He always seems to be happy, wagging his tail while he waits patiently. The staff is so welcoming and good with the pets.
