Dr. Heist is amazingly kind,friendly,and knowledgeable. My dog is pretty skittish with strangers so she's helped us with trying different anxiety meds for my fur baby. They also email back pretty quickly, and the front desk staff is always kind and knowledgeable as well! Prices are also more affordable than you would get elsewhere! Definitely bring your friend in to see them!

I have been going to this very same clinic for over 30 years. When Dr. Heist and Billie Rose took over I wasn’t sure how it would go. But let me tell you, they are a GREAT TEAM!! I’m proud to call Rincon Vista Veterinary Clinic, my veterinary clinic of choice. My husband and I consider our pets our family, our best friends and quite simply our gifts from God. Thank you Dr. Heist and Billie for all you do.

Rincon Vista has been taking amazing care of my dog Newt for years. The whole team is kind. Definitely recommend it as a veterinarian!

I have been going to Rincon Vista for the past 13 years. They are very caring and thorough with all my animal's needs. I have never been forced to do any service that I feel uncomfortable with, and they are upfront about their costs. Everyone is friendly and communicate well. As long as I have pets, this is my veterinarian of choice.

We took our boy, Bandit, to Rincon Vista for some vaccine work and we are very satisfied with our visit. Our pup does not do too well with new places/people but the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The vet even recommended a trial run of a new medication to help him with his anxiety. They were upfront about the pricing of every treatment and medication, and I feel that they were not too pushy/sales-like which I've found some vet clinics to be. All-in-all: affordable, friendly service. 10/10
