My dog was sick. My vet was scheduled to the nanosecond. All of the urgent care places were slammed. The vet tech at my vet's office said to call Jackpot, because if she didn't work in a clinic, that's where she'd take her dog. I really did hit the jackpot (sorry, I just couldn't resist). Kristy answered the phone and was phenomenal. They got my dog in for one of their emergency slots with Dr. Hoover, and from the moment Kristy answered to when we walked out the door, every single staff person I encountered was present, knowledgeable, astute, personable, wanted to be there, and magic with my dog as I suspect is the case with every animal they care for. Okay, and the daily joke board. Hysterical. I regret not taking pics, but my dog's attached, because that's what it's all about anyway. Thank you to every single biped at Jackpot. You rule!
