Harley loves his vet! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. VanErven and her staff. They have ALWAYS been there for me and my pets. She called my cell phone at 7 pm to give an update on my dog’s blood work. She had left a message on my landline but just in case she called my cell phone too. I wish I had a personal physician that was that competent and caring

Just called to make a new patient appointment receptionist that answered was very rude. Put me on a five minute hold because she said she had just opened and I needed to wait then when I asked to get a simple allergy injection for my dog, she said there’s no way they are 3 to 4 weeks out and good luck finding another place that can get you any sooner. I would not recommend them. They’re extremely rude and unprofessional.

Friendly, effecient. Staff were sweet and professional. The Doctor was super nice and I felt that I could trust her no question. I feel that what they charged me for the services I needed, was beyond reasonable. I made an appointment and wow were they right on the clock. And there was no pressure, it was relaxed. Hmmmm, what else...my cats are my babies, whom I completely bonded to and love, and I got a sense they are in very good hands with this clinic. Thank you Bear Canyon Pet Clinic!!!

I love Dr. VanErven and her staff! My family has been bringing our pets here for over 15 years, and it’s wonderful to know that they’re treated with the care and compassion that she and her staff have! I happen to love this clinic, because it is never overpriced, and she never tries to get you to do anything unnecessary! She’s one of the best vets in my opinion, and I always make sure to recommend my family and friends head her way! Thank you Bear Canyon Pet Clinic for providing the best care for my fur babies!
