I made sure to get there by 6:30 am the line was not long, check in was quick & the staff was all very kind, knowledgeable & the facility was clean. Both my male dogs were being neutered & the staff was very good with them. Pick up was easy, quick & informative. The staff was still very kind after a long day of lots of pets/owners. Pricing was definitely affordable considering what was done. I definitely recommend this facility.

This place is wildly unprofessional. We had our cat neutered yesterday and when we arrived to pick him up they let us know he had peed in his carrier prior to surgery which we assumed was no big deal. When we arrived home he was COVERED in urine that was clearly fresh and the carrier was dry. When we called and asked they said they weren’t sure what happened and we would need to call or come in the next day to speak to the manager who also happens to be the owner and the surgeon. She was so rude. She told us that we were “making things up” and our cat was aggressive and peed and there’s nothing she can do. She also told us “good luck” with moving forward in reporting this. While we fully understand he was under a lot of stress and might have urinated or been more anxious there is no reason for the extreme disrespect we encountered. If you want your animal to be treated with care and compassion look elsewhere. Dr. Harmon is rude and will not take any responsibility for mistakes her staff makes.

Loved this place for getting my dog shots. Very affordable and the staff is very nice! On Fridays it's first come first serve.. So you sign in and wait. We waited approximately 2 hours for shots. They text you when your appointment is ready so you can wait in your car or drive back to the clinic if you're really close. They see dogs and cats. They do spay and neuter upon appointments. Great place!

Team there is very helpful and informative. The low-cost shots are very reasonable and offer a lot of other offers at a lower rate. They are very good with the animals. They offer an all day low cost shots on fridays, making it helpful for people who can't get in early. Lines move reasonably fast as well.

They were amazing with my baby boy Benji had gotten neutered and ate his stitches off I took him there the next morning and by 5 pm he was home and getting ready to go back with his pack... Today Benji says thanks to them and to doctor Jakobe for the amazing work. Today he gets his staples removed.
