The care at this hospital is amazing. Dr Stump is amazing. He cares about his work and really cares for the animals. He takes great pride in being good to his customers. The only negative I have is one of the reception staff. Alison is often rude and short with customers and is not professional. Maybe some lessons in customer service would help. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Dr. Stump is my new go-to Vet. Their clinic has fair prices and let me visit (during open hours) for as long as I wanted when my furbaby was having to stay over, post surgery. Staff can be hit and miss on friendliness / politeness.

I requested and got an emergent visit due to concern my Daisy May had a partial airway obstruction while we were playing outdoors. Seen within minutes, Daisy May sedated had Scopes to verify Airway, Trachea and Gastric patent. Found larynyx red, THANKFUL all is well, Daisy May is home. The cost was much less than I ever expected!! We trust and are so happy with the Vets and all their staff. Russellville is blessed to have such competence and kindness.

Highly recommend Dr. Stump and team!! We took our doggo in for surgery to have a tumor removed, and not only did he do phenomenal work with removal and stitching, but they also did amazing after-care. They even clipped her nails without request!!!!
