I just moved here last year and went to another vet that was recommended to me. I had a bad experience with one of my dogs there, and I will never go back. Everyone in this clinic was so nice and concerned about my dog. Robin checked out Nevy thoroughly to try to find out what was wrong with him. I am so glad that I found this clinic. It was clean, didn't smell bad like the other place, everyone was professional, and Yes, I highly recommend it.

Every time we bring our pets into the clinic they are loved on by the staff. Everyone is professional, courteous, personable and kind. Anytime we call with a concern, it’s managed and alleviated. If an appointment is necessary, we’re scheduled at the earliest time, which is most often that very day or within the next. We always leave there feeling grateful, knowing they provide the best care for our pets.

While visiting Hot Springs, our pet became ill. We contacted several Veterinary Hospitals in Hot Springs and Little Rock only to be informed that we could not get an appointment. Upon contacting Temperance Animal Hospital and explaining the situation, they were kind enough to accommodate us despite being a very busy day and our pet was examined by Dr. Taylor. The staff was extremely courteous and Dr. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable, kind, professional, and sensitive to our situation. Even though we were not permanent clients, he took a lot of time explaining our dog's condition and running various tests in order to find the cause of his illness. We will be forever grateful for the concern and professionalism that was shown by the entire staff. Temperance Hill Animal Hospital is by far the best veterinary facility that we have ever experienced. Thanks to Dr. Taylor and his entire staff for the amount of time and concern that he showed our dog.

Very nice. Dr Taylor and staff are great. I ran out of WD and they were kind enough to let me buy some although I haven’t been here in a while. I always recommend them to anyone. Send my friends and family here all the time.
