Absolutely loved Dr. Torres and his staff. Scheduled my 7 year old cat for wellness and talk about vaccination, and the staff were all nice and thoughtful. Dr. Torres was able to do a physical exam as well as giving my cat her vaccines all in about an hour. This was my first time seeing and talking with a vet, and I absolutely loved the experience. They all took great care of my cat, and I will definitely be coming back if needed. I definitely recommend this place!!

I had a friend recommend Dr Torres to me for his compassionate and thorough care of his dog on a weekend when most vets are closed. Just a couple weeks later I found myself in the same situation needing urgent care for my dog on a Saturday. I was able to easily make an appointment online the same day and had a prompt follow up call from his staff to assess my dogs needs. At the appointment I could not be more pleased with Dr Torres gentle nature with my dog for her exam and treatment. He and his nurse made us feel well cared for and at ease. He took the time to explain possibilities for her condition and next steps as well as follow ups. His staff also called the morning after just to check in to see how my dog was doing and if I had any questions or concerns. I have never had such concern in the past 23 years of seeing various vets. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to return for care of either of my dogs.

Dr. Torres and his team are nothing short of amazing! I have two cats that I bring in & they have always treated them to the highest standard. They’ve treated both of my cats, Ducky & Goose, with the most care. I highly recommend bringing your animals here. Both of my cats love the staff!

I brought my cat here because it was a Sunday and did not want to wait to bring her in to another vet's office during the week because I wasn't sure how serious her condition was. They managed to get us in the same day and were very friendly on the phone, explaining all of the pricing and the entire process before even hanging up the phone. Once I got there, they got me in a room and got all the information needed about my cat. Dr. Torres came in with the most friendly and caring demeanor. After getting all of the information on my cat's history, he considered every possible option and scenario to fix the root cause of her problem, not just a temporary fix. We agreed on a plan together, and he explained all costs and procedures before doing anything. The whole process was very transparent and I was included in the decisions on getting my cat better. My cat was very stressed and upset but he handled it very well and did not blame my cat or cause her any additional distress. Genuine passion and care can't be faked - he genuinely cared about my cat and wanted to go through every possible option and scenario to get her fixed. Absolutely the best vet I have brought my cat to, and will be bringing all of my pets here from now on. I have had a hard time finding a vet that actually cares, and wants to get to the root cause of issues instead of just throwing out some medication that may or may not fix the problem. I highly recommend!

The appointment with my 2 dogs went very well. Dr. Torres was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions in detail and patience. The veterinary assistant Deja was so good with my dogs, answered the questions she could and deferred to the doctor when needed. I will definitely be back.
