My sweet Roxie had gotten sick with Parvo on a Thursday and we brought her to them on a Saturday , it is now Wednesday and she is a totally different dog. They treated her the same day and let us bring her there Sunday and Monday for fluids and other medications!! Sweetest staff and doctors. Courtney is an angel!! They have called and checked on her since and answered all my silly questions. I am so glad to say she is doing so much better and that we chose them.

So impressed with this place! My dog ripped her dew claw, and they got her right in. The doctor was amazing! Extremely friendly and professional - they truly care. Prices were very reasonable. This is now our go-to for any urgent care pet needs. Highly recommend!

I've never been more livid to hear about how any vet operates in my life. Family member's dog was bitten by a poisonous snake today and was rushed here. Before they would administer antivenom, they demanded payment up front. The total was $1100 and they only had $500 available at the time. Thankfully the family member got ahold of my wife in time to pay the balance right then. Otherwise they were literally prepared to let. The dog. Die. The poor thing was SHAKING in pain. No other option. No pay after, no keep the dog until payment is made, nothing at all. Pay. Or death. That is utter INSANITY. Does an ER operate that way? Is this office so awful that $600 will send them into bankruptcy? Are there THAT many dogs coming in with snake bites AND owners unable to pay that this is a major issue? We're not talking about cancer or some other long term disease and asking them to front the insane bill forever with no promise of actually paying. We're talking a legit life and death RIGHT NOW emergency that they were willing to prioritize SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS (that would've been paid same day regardless) over a DOG'S LIFE. My blood is BOILING and I genuinely hope karma does its job and handles this ASAP. Needless to say, don't bother making the drive here if you forget your wallet, short on immediate funds, or any other reason you can't pay immediately upon arrival or get ready to say goodbye to your beloved pet. All dogs might go to heaven but these *redacted* sure won't. Y'all should be ASHAMED.

Had to take my dog in on a Saturday afternoon for an eye injury. Everyone from the front desk to the tech to Dr. Green were great. My dog acted comfortable around all of them. Price was way more affordable than I thought it would be.

I cannot thank Pet Urgent Care of Montgomery enough. This summer, I rescued 2 kittens within a few weeks of each other. I brought them both in several times to receive their series of vaccinations. Every vet, every tech and the front desk staff were all amazing, caring, sweet, very knowledgeable and all around great people. Everything about my experience here was fantastic. They let me know pricing upfront and even have a payment plan with Care Credit. They were so kind and even called to check in on them after their visits. Another great thing was I was able to go after I got off work and also go on the weekends which was very helpful. Truly very thankful for them and every visit was truly a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for your great care of Benny and Patches.
