If you care about your pets, do not take them here. I brought my dog in for a simple ear hematoma. Instead of treating her ear, they gave her multiple vaccines I never consented to (I only requested rabies) and even charged me $200 for a flea medication I did not ask for. That visit alone cost $500. The next day, I dropped her off for the actual ear procedure. They put her under anesthesia and inserted a drain tube — that visit was $1,500. A week later, I brought her back for a “check-up,” which consisted of them sticking a thermometer in her, asking if she was eating, drinking, and playing, and sending me on my way. That was $95 for less than 3 minutes of their time. The vet told me to leave the tube in for 30 days, which I thought was excessive, but I trusted their judgment. As time went on, I felt increasingly uneasy and decided to get a second opinion. Another local vet got us in immediately and was absolutely shocked that the tube had been left in for 5 weeks. They said it should have been removed in about 10 days. They struggled to remove it because it had been in for so long, and now my dog’s ear is permanently deformed. This vet is clearly in it only for the money. His arrogance and inflated prices show it. Please, for the sake of your pets, don't bring them here.

Would give negative stars if I could. I had an appointment for tonight. I arrived 10 minutes early and they had no rooms available. Finally after 30 minutes of sitting out in the waiting room, I was taken back to a room where I then sat for another hour. The doctor never came. I gathered my poor cat and left. Do not go to this place, he seems to overbook himself and then can’t take care of his patients in a timely manner. The only positive thing I have to say is that the vet tech that put me in the room cleaned out my carrier and gave me a new towel for it because my cat was so anxious that he peed himself. Besides that this place is garbage. Do better.

Dr. Bob is amazing and sincerely cares about all animals. That’s why they even bring in strays and work so hard to find them homes! I wouldn’t take my fur babies to anyone else.

two poor experiences here unfortunately, both with my now 1 year 4 month ragdoll cat. #1 about a week after her spaying procedure, she developed a quarter sized bump under her incision site (she was contained in a small room and was not active at all, her body simply reacted to the surgery, it was nothing life threatening but needed attention) and they tried charging me the same price as the initial surgery to examine her and re-suture the site. felt super taken advantage of and like dr. bartlett just saw my pet as a monetary vehicle rather than genuinely caring for her wellbeing!:( i understand that his time is money, but the situation could have been handled much better. #2, this week i called in to get her rabies shot updated and the receptionist on the phone immediately added on leukemia and distemper boosters… okay, that’s fine. i still questioned it and she said we could do them all even though the other two weren’t due for another month. i felt like i could trust her judgement, and dr. bartlett agreed that it was fine. i now know that she did not even need a leukemia booster as she is already over 1 year old and is an indoor cat. leukemia boosters are usually not even administered in indoor cats unless they live with infected cats, which she does not, so it was basically just a money grab for them. all three shots went into her right thigh but now i know they were absolutely NOT supposed to go in the same site, especially not rabies and leukemia as they can cause malignant sarcomas if administered in the same spot, which i had no idea about at the time. they should have gone into separate limbs. she had a serious allergic reaction and had to go to the ER that night as she was in distress and is still suffering from really bad itching all over her body, due to too many shots at once. i feel like dr. bartlett exercised some serious negligence here with my baby and i would not want anyone to deal with what she is right now, nor be at risk of slap dash administration of vaccines that are seriously dangerous in the manner he gave them!
