I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary office. What really stood out was how genuine and generous they were. They focused on what was best for my pet, not on pushing unnecessary treatments or costs. It was clear that their priority is the health and comfort of animals, not making a quick profit. That kind of honesty and compassion is rare these days, and I appreciated it more than I can say. A special thank you goes to the amazing woman at the front desk, Maggie. She dealt with us with such warmth and kindness, patiently answered all my questions, and made what for me was a very stressful scary time feel as easy and stress-free as possible. Her friendly energy set the tone for our entire experience, and we ended feeling reassured and grateful to have found such a caring place for my Sheltie's needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a veterinarian who combines excellent medical care with genuine compassion. We are so lucky to have found them!

Dr. Joseph and the staff at Willowbrook Animal Clinic are the best! I've been taking my guinea pigs and fancy mouse there for regular check-ups, and they have always been great at communicating and caring for my pets. Sadly, my little ones are no longer with me. I recently adopted a pigeon who couldn't be released back into the wild. He fractured his leg over a month ago and had to be put in a splint to help it heal. After several visits, he is doing much better. I am very pleased with how profesional and caring this vet office is.

this is the only clinic I will trust with my pets. From the vets , to the techs , to the front desk.. they are extremely empathetic, understanding, caring & kind. Very professional & understand not just us hoomans, but our furry friends! I have been coming here for 10 years now with both my dogs & I would recommend everyone to come to this location. I recently had an emergency with my dog, where I called and Mary was so kind to fit me into the schedule and get my dog taken care of. The team was amazing listening to my concerns and evaluating my dogs needs. 5 star doesn’t do justice for this amazing team. You can notice their compassion and love for what they do!! Thank you!!!

Everyone there is wonderful. Both drs treated my JJ. They took time and met with me twice and then called the next day after looking over the X-rays with more advice. My dog was in respiratory distress. After the expert care JJ is just fine. Wow. This is my first time coming to this veterinary clinic because I have been so disappointed by other vets. I highly recommend them. They are not all about money. They care. I am thankful. The office staff is so great too. They understand what pets mean to us.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this clinic. From the very first appointment, it was agreed that I would come at 5:45 pm. On this visit, I even called 30 minutes ahead to let them know I could arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived at 5:29, and to my shock, the vet came outside with the medication and injection and told me she was going to administer it outside in the parking lot because they were mopping inside. This is completely unacceptable. My 12-year-old daughter was the one carrying our dog the entire time, and the vet gave the injection right there outside instead of in a proper medical room. A dog should never be treated this way — it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for both the pet and the family. What made it even more frustrating is that I was still allowed inside the building just to make the payment. So clearly, this wasn’t about safety — it was about their convenience. They knew I was coming at the agreed time and should have been prepared, but instead they treated my dog’s care casually, as if it didn’t matter. I will not be returning to this clinic, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want your pet to be treated with proper care and professionalism. Pets deserve better. Please people be careful with this clinic
