They’re ALWAYS just too busy to answer the phone. They refuse to make anyone in the lobby wait so SOME phone calls could be answered. You wait on hold for 15-20 min and they never come back. Hire more staff! Also, been waiting WEEKS for my Chewy pharmacy request to be addressed. Called to see what could be done and was told they’re just so busy and they have over 100 requests to have signed. Again. Hire more staff or continue to lose business. It’s ridiculous.

I would give a zero if I could. My 2.5 year old dachsund went in for a spay and was told over the phone that she went into cardiac arrest while being closed up and passed. Was told once the dust settled I could call them back. The secretary at the front made it seem like bloodwork wasn’t necessary as they only really push for 7 years or older to get it done. I had to take her weight up front but the scale was off and I tried zeroing it out so her weight taken could’ve been off. Unsure if they double checked before surgery. Then when I was on my way to go see her, I was on hold for 10 minutes to ensure it was ok? after waiting for 10 minutes to be seen, I was given a bag for us to take her home in and the staff felt very cold to all of us. Something feels very off about this all seeing as how this was such a routine surgery, she was so young and overall healthy.

My 2.5 year old dog went in to get fixed and went into cardiac arrest when they were taking her off of anesthesia. She passed away and they put her in a room and laid her down on a bed with a blanket. They put us in the room with tissues, and a bag to bury her in. They didn’t help us at all and we had to personally make paw prints. Overall terrible clinic. How could they do this to such a young, innocent dog?

We absolutely love all the Dr’s here. We have taken a few fur babies here and they have always treated us and our fur babies great. We moved out of the area and tried another place closer to home. That was a huge mistake. We are back where we know they will treat us great and our fur babies will get the best care.

These people are mad because I gave them a bad review. They’re in the service to help animals but yet they don’t do it. All they do is take your money and take your money and treat you like you’re nothing or nobody they don’t care about your animals.. And once you give them a bad review, they flag your account and they won’t service your animals. Censorship for honesty. Again what kind of people are they to not care for a sick animal? And they will keep getting bad reviews from me. If they don’t like the reviews on social media then they shouldn’t be on social media. They took hundreds and hundreds of dollars for me and my dog died of cancer. The cancer could’ve been found earlier and treated if they would have done something besides rectal exams every time I took my dog there. I finally took him to another vet and two visits, he was diagnosed. These idiots couldn’t figure it out.. They’re not in business for your animals, just your money and if you’re smart, you won’t take your animals there. Please don’t take your animals there and it’s not just me, it’s everybody I’ve talked to. They say the same thing about this place. They’ll take your money and let your animal die. I’m sure this comment will be removed as well as my last one. They want your money they want your positive feedback, and other than that you’re worthless of them. And by the way, when my dog first started having problems, I was told good news is he doesn’t have cancer but I can see that he ate good and I’m thinking to myself he didn’t eat today. That was the first, then it was a rectal exam. Every time I went, and I was told there was no problems when actually he had cancer and for a year and a half it was inside of him, eating him from the inside out. When he was finally diagnosed by another vet, it was too late. Just think twice before you go here. I love my animals, and I will never take another one here again.
