PetWellClinic - North Bethesda

Initially when I took my dog in, the staff seemed friendly and competent. My dog had a muzzle on when I took him in. The vet removed the muzzle because he was friendly to her. The assistant went up to my pup and he bit her. Two days later, I get a visit from animal control. I understand that there are processes in place when things happen but I was so upset that they didn't give me a heads up of their process. The assistant was there the entire time we were so I assumed she wasn't injured badly. Neither here nor there, if one's process is to be seen as a precautionary measure then they should have told me and I would have expected the call from animal control despite the fact that I took him in with a muzzle on because he was sick and not his best. My other issue is that I took a fecal sample in and I asked "how long for the results?" and was told a couple of days. When I messages inquiring about the results. I was informed they didn't send them in because they wanted to see how the meds worked. There was blood in his stool. I brought it in to be tested so it should have been tested. I was then told I could bring in my dog that was then on house arrest for another check up and bring in ANOTHER sample to be tested because he still had diarrhea. Insane to think I would pay for another visit. I did bring in another fecal sample because I needed to have it tested. I only went to this place because I had such a wonderful experience at the Petwell clinic in Midland TN. To say that this location was a disappointment, is an understatement. I drove nearly an hour to this facility because I assumed it would be great like the one in TN. Such a huge disappointment and my pup is still not well so I have to take him to another vet.

I can’t thank Dr. Victoria and Stefanie enough for the amazing care they gave my cat when he wasn’t feeling well. They were so sweet, patient, and loving with him, and it really put my mind at ease. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, which I really appreciated. Thanks to them, he’s feeling so much better now! I’m beyond grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares!

I would recommend PetWellClinic to anyone. They’re professional, and thorough, and you can walk right in! No appointment necessary. If you have a nervous pet you can also use the portal to book ahead, though, so your pet doesn’t have to wait. They have reasonably priced comprehensive vaccinations, and they’re really kind :)

Kiwis tail always wags when she recognizes she is going to this place. The prices are very reasonable and affordable, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the vet is knowledgeable! It can be a bit confusing at first on how to get an appointment and contact a team member, but after the first visit it is a swift and easy process to be able to walk in and email the staff any concerns. A bonus is that they don’t try to sell you any extra stuff for money and breakdown each price that you pay. It’s really great to have a vet available on the weekend too!

I can’t say enough good things about PetWellClinic! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to make Joy Boy feel comfortable, which was no easy task since he can be a little nervous around strangers. The veterinarian was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything about the process of microchipping and heartworm prevention. What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention they gave to my pet. It’s clear that everyone here loves what they do and prioritizes the health and happiness of their patients. The facility was also spotless and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their services. Thanks to PetWellClinic, Joy Boy is already on the mend from his testing and microchip shot, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team to care for him. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care!
