Konza Veterinary Clinic

I want to first say I have total respect for Dr. Deb and think she is very kind and knowledgeable. My review is being left because I don’t want anyone to go through the same experience that I did. My cat was seen on Saturday and was very sick- they were keeping him for supportive care and then going to run tests Monday. She mentioned if I don’t hear from them to not worry too much, I assumed due to it being a weekend. I call Monday for an update at 8am, and was told someone would call shortly. Nothing. Then called again at 3pm and told Dr. Deb would give me a call a few minutes later. Nothing. I then called today at 8am telling them I was told twice I’d be updated and no one called, and I wanted to know how my cat was doing. She said Dr. Deb would call me in a moment. Dr. Deb called and told me that Clyde passed away yesterday around 6pm. She apologized profusely, which I appreciate. I’m upset that the office didn’t call me regarding my cats death, and kept promising a follow up that never came. They took him and put him in the cooler, and then absolutely nothing else. I think I should have been notified when they found him, but at the very least to call me this morning to let me know. Instead, I had to once again call them and that’s how I found out. He died alone in a cage. The reason I was calling to check in was because of the fact I wanted to bring him home to pass if he wasn’t improving. I got robbed of that opportunity and overall it has been a terrible experience to go through. If I’m there for an emergency, I would expect good communication. It makes it hard for me to trust this clinic in the future for emergency care. Again, I think Dr. Deb is wonderful but there was a major mess up here and I hope that no one else goes through what I did today.

Always the one we think of first for our pet family and Konza has the been around since 1990 and we trust Dr completely. Love them!

i will ALWAYS go to this veterinary office. they have never done me or my family wrong with any of our pets!

The only place I will ever take my animals. I use to dread taking my animal to the vet since my oldest had a horrible experience with the first one I took her too. The veterinary staff are so nice and so gentle with her, she was well behaved but they explained some things to us, was super patient with my concerns about her took time to look into those possible issues and tell me what I can do to prevent it. The pricing is incredible, and so affordable. Definitely the best vet for miles.

Was told this was the best place to go. The receptionist told us to bring our goat on in even though it was 30 minutes to closing. We brought him in, the vet was very rough with the lethargic goat that me and my 2 girls were holding up for her so he didn't fall down. She told us she would give him some fluids. And didn't tell us she was just going to leave him in the back and close down. I got the call the next morning that my daughter's goat was dead. I would never recommend and will never go here again. We went back and got my daughter's goats body so we could bury him. She has raised him from birth, bottle fed him, and she was his momma even at 5 years old. Now I pick up the pieces for her. If they would have told us they were going to do anything and close up, we could have at least taken him home and she could have been there with him to comfort him when he did pass. Don't take your animals there unless you want them dead.
