Tracy Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care

Hands down, the best veterinary hospital in town. We’ve lived in Tracy for a long time and have tried multiple vets in town over the years. Unfortunately, we never felt fully confident or comfortable with the level of service and care provided — until now. The care that Dr. Aman and the entire staff have shown our dog has been truly amazing. We finally feel like we’ve found a veterinary hospital we can trust — a place where we feel heard, where our questions and concerns are taken seriously, and where the team genuinely wants to help. When your beloved pet isn’t feeling well, it’s already stressful enough. You hope the place you bring them to is properly equipped, attentive, empathetic, and knowledgeable — and this hospital is exactly that. This level of care, compassion, and service deserves to be recognized. My wife and I can’t thank Dr. Aman and the staff enough for everything they’ve done for our dog. We are so grateful. 🐾

On 5/19/26 my Bailey was seriously not feeling well. My regular vet was closed so I called this vet hospital and got him in right away. It turned out to be way more serious than I had expected, which a pet parent never wants to hear. I had to say goodbye to my boy, Dr. Silveira was wonderful. She took extra time to explain everything to me so that I could truly understand my choices, and that took a while. She helped me to know what needed to be done. She was so compassionate and patient. I’ve never had a vet spend soooo much time with me, and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed, in fact quite the opposite. She was truly there for me She made a very hard decision bearable. And Sam was so caring also. I love these people and they will be my new dogs’ vet for sure. BTW, I’ve taken a while to write this review because it’s still hard for me.

I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary center. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely incredible. Every single staff member was kind, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about both me and my cat, Titus. The doctor was amazing—extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling informed and confident about Titus’s care. Finding a veterinarian you can trust is so important, and after this experience, I can confidently say I’ve found my new vet. I’m so grateful for the level of care, compassion, and professionalism we received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their pets!

We are extremely grateful to the entire team at this veterinary clinic. Dr. Arman helped us tremendously during Dipsy’s emergency while giving birth. Thanks to his care and professionalism, everything went smoothly, and she was able to safely deliver her puppies at the clinic, which gave us great peace of mind. The service was excellent, and you can truly see how much they care about the animals. Sam at the front desk was always very attentive, showing great kindness and patience throughout the entire process. We are very happy to have found this place, and it will definitely become one of our go-to 🫶🏻

It was Ohana's first time visiting Tracy Veterinary Hospital. We were facing an emergency with our almost two year old baby girl. She was up all night battling diarrhea, seemed fatigued, eating habits decreased and not drinking normal amounts of water therefore we reached out to Tracy Veterinary Hospital. Through feedback from Family & Friends this urgent care came highly recommended. We were immediately greeted with a welcoming and friendly smile by the receptionist Dominque. She asked us direct questions about Ohana's wellbeing, behaviors, eating habits, fecal matters, activity and took her weight. We waited tops five minutes before we were escorted to a room. The room was clean, well kept and bright. When the Veterinarian (Dr. Aman) arrived he was calm, collected, polished and had a positive vibe about him. At first Ohana reacted in natural defense mode because she always tries to protect us, and she had to fill him out first. He immediately tried different approaches to calm Ohana's anxiety and nerves. In no time Dr. Aman was able to get Ohana feeling comfortable and relaxed. He did a very thorough job with her exam. He was very knowledgeable, shared great insight, spent time truly getting a better understanding of Ohana's overall health, and immediately put together a comprehensive plan of action. He allowed us to ask as many questions as possible, and showed authentic care and compassion for Ohana and us as well being Ohana's care givers. What I appreciated about him was he wasn't too pushy or didn't try to force any unnecessary testing, bloodwork, exams or treatments on us. Most Vets unfortunately these days try to strong hold you into feeling guilty if you don't follow every recommendation presented. Our Vet Tech Malina was a natural. You can tell she truly has passion, empathy, emotional intelligence, professionalism and cares about her job and love for animals. Malina was extremely knowledgeable when breaking down Dr. Aman's treatment plan of action to us. She was extremely helpful with breaking down each treatment plan (the why) and medications that follow each treatment plan. She walked us through the importance of each testing and medications. We never felt pushed into anything. And most importantly She showcased true understanding/compassion of how stressful Vet visits can be for owners/caregivers. And she made the entire process that much more enjoyable. If you are looking for a five star experience and an urgent care/hospital that truly treats their pets and owners with kindness, expertise, compassion, empathy, professionalism and emotional intelligence Tracy Veterinary Urgent Care/Hospital is the perfect choice.
