I cat had an illness and since we went to the veterinarian 1 day before the two weeks waiting period. Which he was really sick. They would not reimburse the full bill. I went ahead and cancelled. I definitely would not recommend anyone signing up with them. The last representative was an idiot also could not understand what she was saying. I told her why I was cancelling and she asked me again why are you cancelling? Really?

My flying squirrel - schnauzer mix broke her leg 5 days after we got her and 3 days before I bought Furkin insurance. Furkin has been the best investment in my or my dog's life - no exaggeration. Bills for my 10lb dog topped $10k, and without insurance, we may have had to have made some difficult decisions. Claiming was straightforward and payment was swift, with great updates throughout. The only call I got from Furkin was to help me set up a different payment method so that they could pay me faster. Top notch insurer.

I can’t say enough about how great Nationwide Insurance has been. We have had the insurance since our dog was 6 months old, and we have used the instance many times. Our dog just recently had gallbladder surgery which I was very expensive. Nationwide processed the claim in two weeks. This has been our experience for years ( our dog is 9 years old).

I have a dog covered and I don’t regret! All the time I needed to take her to the vet for ear or urine infection I claimed my invoice and got the proportional amount back in very short time! I always recommend Furkin to friends!

I purchased pet insurance when my dog was below one year old especially when the insurance advertisements stated “locked-in premium fee”. I trusted the statement but my premium went up without any notice. Fetch charged my card without informing me why the premium had gone up, no reasons were given. Hidden and surprised charges. Very unethical.

Customer service is so kind, friendly and helpful every time you call (and I have called a LOT). They have never made me feel as if they were looking for reasons to deny a claim, rather they seek to help and validate your claims. Of course - you need to choose the right insurance for you and abide by those rules but they are very helpful. Vincent has gone through 2 very serious TPLO surgeries, both within 8 months of each other, and both costing upwards or $5k each. Needless to say an unexpected cost of over $10k in 8 months would have been distressing for us. Each time Pets Plus was supportive, understanding, and due to the coverage we chose covered 80% of the cost and made it very easy to submit. Payment was made within the month for both claims. We would absolutely recommend this outstanding company to insure your pet. Any cost is worth it for the service you get. Thank you sincerely!
