My first experience with nationwide was the telephone customer service rep(s). Both were very knowledgeable and very very personable. I could tell that they love animals. The claims process was easy, and very fair. Fairly quick I must say. I had difficulty uploading my files onto your web service. After I entered my email address, I never got a code via email. I tried 8-10 times. Never happened. So I had to mail the claim in.

It's a way to have peace of mind in case your fur baby needs serious medical help.

I would highly recommend this insurance for anyone with pets. Gives you peace of mind.

Thank you for this wonderful insurance at a reasonable price. Our dog has never been sick, so it was a shock when he developed an illness, almost died, and had to be in the hospital several days. Graycie our rescue pit bull mix had to have leg surgery on one leg then the other within just a few months apart. Healthy Paws paid the claims quickly. Not sure what I would have done without them. I have pet health insurance through ASPCA for all three of my dogs. This particular review has been generated by recent treatment for my youngest, a slightly more than 1-year old Shih Tzu, Wally, who was having what appeared to be allergy problems. After paying my annual deductible, I brought Wally in to my vet for his annual immunizations and check-up and also as a follow-up to a previous visit in which he had exhibited symptoms of seasonal allergies. After trying OTC meds (Benadryl) we switched to prescription antihistamines and ever since Wally has been just fine. I immediately filed my claim and was reimbursed within about 10 days. I am very please with ASPCA and would recommend their pet health coverage to anyone.
