getting started was easy
I just filed my first claim. I can't give five stars yet because I don't know how the claim will go. Getting set up with them was easy and the agent on the phone was very helpful. I never had pet insurance before. My last dog got a little expensive, so I hope this helps in the long run.

Time Will Tell
I rescued a German Shepherd/mix after the 2022 September hurricane in P.R. She was 3 mo old. Bought the insurance, just like I would do for my “human family”.
No issues to date with the dog to the VET. Customer Service…helpful & friendly.

We originally enrolled our pets with PetOne, and thought that bad changes were going happen when MetLife took over our policies, but so far our experience have been very positive. The claim process has been improved and customer service is very responsive. Great experience overall and we highly recommend protecting your precious pets with MetLife.

MET LIFE FOR MY NEW BEAGLE PUPPY
I have been raising Beagles since 1969, so far there have been eight Beagles in our family. We did not have any children from our marriage of 52 years. The Beagles have always been our children.
The cost of vet services is going up and if there is a serious problem for a pet,
I decided to get an insurance policy to offset the vet bills. I am glad to have the Met Pet Insurance now.

Pet insurance
I only had my Jake sine October 30 I sign up for the pet insurance cause I want him to have the best care possible as he deserved it
I got him from the human society he was surrender, I thought who could do this je is beautiful he deserves better then that so I got him and told him that I would give him the best things. So I got him Met Pet Insurance.

Pleasantly Surprised!
I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for my dog for 1 year. I am so glad I chose this company, claim processing is easy, payments are quick and the few times I've had to contact for clarification they have been very responsive!
There are so many pet insurance companies out there and it can be difficult to choose, but I can say I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance for their cost, customer service and claims processing.
