Provides peace of mind!
I considered Pets Best because I adopted an 8 year old cat and they seemed to be one of the best insurance companies for an older cat. My cat is now 11 and has developed a few age related issues. I have been able to do everything my vet has suggested regarding diagnoses, treatment and follow up with out a concern because of the consistancy, timeliness, and efficiency of Pets Best. I know what is covered, I know they will pay 80% and I know it will be processed quickly. No quess work. The final selling point for me came last week. My cat had several vet visits in a very short period of time and I got a bit overwhelmed and did not submit my claim forms as I usually do. Just before the 6 month time limit, I submited all of the paper work for these several claims worried that there might be some problems because they were so old, but all were processed with no problems in the same consistent manner as those claims that were submited immediately. I would definately recommend Pets Best and I would continue to use Pets Best for any future pets I may have. The clarity of the policy, the consistancy of the responses, and the ease of submitting a claim give great peace of mind in knowing the money isn't the driver in making pet health care decisions.

Peace of mind
Hi,
I have two cats and one dog who I all adopted from shelters. My dog had a very tough time when he was a puppy and I ended paying thousand of dollars for his medical expense. Then I heard of animal health insurances and checked a few. I knew the name ASPCA through Animal Channel on TV and understood what they do with animals. So, after studying a few insurances, I decided to go with the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance. One of my cats, Gonta, recently had a surgery. I had paid thousands of dollars for my dog in the past without insurance, and it made such a huge difference this time. The response was quick and it gave me such a peace of mind. Thank you!

Glad I have the coverage
While it's true that Petshealth Insurance won't cover everything, I have been fortunate to have the insurance. They have covered numerous knee surgeries, blockage surgeries, masectomies and a variety of other illnesses. They've been there through the rough times of having a dog with mammary cancer (she lived a year after diagnosis and had two surgeries)and they've been there through the accidents (an unfortunate rock eating incident). I have a dog covered who is nearly 13 years old and a dog who is less than 2. They've never denied my dogs coverage but have explained the length of time they must be covered before insurance will apply for certain conditions. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Great Custimer Service - Easy!!!
I have had nothing but good experiences with everyone at Embrace! They answer their emails quickly, every time. They sent updates while processing my claim so I knew just what was happening and wasn't left to wonder if anyone had even looked at it yet. When I called them, they were very helpful on the phone, as well. The claim process if very easy and straightforward. The rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Embrace to everyone! I work one day a week at a vet clinic and I will be telling clients of my good experiences. Many of them have had claim after claim denied through VPI and have given up on pet insurance. Now I can let them know not all companies are the same, and recommend they give Embrace a try!

Excellent customer service
I faxed my claim into the company on a Sunday and received an email confirmation the very next day. Within two weeks, they had reviewed the claim and forwarded a check for the vet bill. No hassles, straightforward and best of all, responsive customer service.

No Surprises!
We've just renewed with Embrace for our three dogs. In our transactions with Embrace, there have been no surprises, everything was as stated, we were well treated, treated fairly, and the Embrace staff with whom we worked were very responsive and followed through promptly as needed. We were advised by email as to the status of processing each claim, and claims were paid in a timely manner by check - and now even faster since we do Electronic Fund Transfers. Before selecting Embrace, we had read horror stories of dealing with other providers - we made the right choice.

Excellent!
I had Petshealth Insurance for about eight years. They apparently changed management several times as well as how claims were assessed - ultimately becoming extremely deficient with regard to what they considered to be "reasonable and customary charges in the geographical area". In appealing the last claim payment they made to me, I actually provided a chart with specific costs of the same services provided by four other vet clinics in my area -- proving that the charges from the clinic I used was actually below the others. In spite of this they denied properly adjusting the amount they would allow. I am not only extremely pleased to find that Embrace provided the up-front stated percentage of the actual costs I incurred, but also most appreciative of their attentive and responsive customer service.

A mastiff that has a thing for socks!
I can't say enough about Embrace insurance. My english mastiff Daisy ate a sock and was very sick. She had emergency surgery. As anyone would imagine, the cost for a 180 lb dog is huge. Embrace was very quick in handling my claim and I had my check within 15 days. I have recommended this insurance to anyone who will listen to me. I have even given the website to my vet for his clients. Thank you Embrace!
