They have a Quick response time with very fast turn around for refunds on coverage. It’s a super Easy app to navigate and submit claims. Nice, professional people who are very helpful on the phone to explain questions.

This was the most easiest claim I ever did. I sent in all my documents and within 10 days my claim was settled. They even sent me an email asking how our Lulu was recovering a week later. I recommend this insurance for your animals. Very easy and friendly service.

We are so thankful for Healthy Paws

We are so thankful for Healthy Paws. In an already very stressful time worrying about our dog when she was in the ICU, I cannot stress how helpful it was to know that we had reliable insurance and the process was so easy to submit the paperwork. The Healthy Paws team was quick to review and provide the reimbursement/EOB. Seriously, a huge thank you to the entire team. I will always recommend Healthy Paws to other pet owners!

Best Pet Insurance Around

Getting pet insurance with Healthy Paws for our dog has been one of the best decisions we have made! We have never had any issues with submitting a claim and getting reimbursed for it (after deductible is met of course). I will admit, their rates compared to other pet insurance companies is not the lowest, but they are comparable, and that is OK because of the great benefits they provide! One of the best benefits of Healthy Paws is that they do not have a cap on maximum annual or lifetime payouts. Our dog has had two costly surgeries, and we have been reimbursed for a majority of the costs, based on the plan we have. In most cases, the only thing not covered was the vet exam fee, which is OK because that is noted as something not covered when you sign up. We will continue using Healthy Paws for as long as we own pets.

Best decision ever

Throughout my adult life I have been owned by 4 dogs. The first 3 dogs all went through cancer treatments and I had no insurance. When I got Max as a puppy, I decided to get Healthy Paws pet insurance for him. Ten years later and I know this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Max has undergone 4 surgeries, 2 difficult mass removals and 2 ruptured CCL replacements. i opted for a 500.00 deductible with an 80% reimbursement rate. Healthy Paws settled all 4 claims very quickly and without any issues. Their website is easily navigated and the claim submission process is very simple. I am so thankful I chose Healthy Paws. If you love your pets and are willing to go to any lengths to keep them healthy. Pet insurance is a must.
