Happy to have insurance during catastropic situations

When things go wrong with an older dog, they seem to really go wrong! So to be able to have insurance is great. The team at Pets Health Care Plan are very kind. Good at responding, short wait time on the phone, and follow up after incidents. Living in the NYC metropolitan area, fees are high, and I guess my only issue is that what I pay at the vet is always higher than what is allowed for "usual and customary charges."

Slow to pay will very poor customer service.

The premiums are reasonable and they are very timely to collect payment or to provide a quote to add a pet. On the flip side of receiving payments for the coverage you are paying for; poor communication, slow roll the payment process, and little ability to provide believable information on the status of a claim.

Money BACK 4 visits GREAT & better 2 be safe THAN sorry

I recently experienced an emergency with my lab who was not covered. ThOUSANDS of dollars gone in a snap. With Hartville I feel secure that will not happen again. PLUS every visit I have had with my vet I get money back for the preventative care. All of my money back, directly deposited within a week. Submitting the claim is extremely easy. Its absolutely worth it.
