Absolutely wonderful, my skittish pup had the best experience here and we were so sad to leave them after we moved! We loved popping in for a treat at the front desk on our walks, it really made my GSP associate the office with a good time! Thank you so much!

Very compassionate office. Dr. Steed was very honest and kind and did not nickel and dime with tests and meds. They were wonderful throughout with the loss of our rabbit.

I brought my dog in for his annual check-up today, and I must say, I loved the exceptional service provided by Dr. Savage, her assistant, and the receptionist. Having had less-than-ideal experiences with previous vets, I approached this visit with a degree of caution. However, Dr. Savage immediately put me at ease. She started the visit by taking a moment to introduce herself—a small and basic gesture that the previous vets would forget to do. When my dog attempted to sneak out of the room as Dr. Savage was entering, she politely asked for permission to move him, ensuring his comfort and safety were prioritized. She then thoughtfully offered my dog a cookie, respecting my wishes when I declined. This may seem like a minor detail to some, but it meant a lot to me considering my past experiences where my requests to not give treats/food were always dismissed, leading to my dog coming back home and throwing up all the treats he got in his previous vet's office. Dr. Savage's attentiveness continued throughout the appointment. Despite its brevity, she consistently checked in with me, ensuring I had no concerns and reassuring me that I could reach out to her with any questions or issues. Her proactive approach to involving me in my dog's care felt refreshing. This level of consideration and communication is what I believe every veterinarian should strive for. Overall, I'm grateful for this experience and thankful I finally found a good vet I can trust.

I really want to give 5 stars for the great service and friendly people there. But they weren't able to give me a base price estimate for spaying a female cat until 2 days before the appointment, and the base price was almost $700. It felt really sneaky and exploitive. (I think that's a word?)
