We had an emergency with our 16 year old Silky, and our usual veterinarian who was not in the office, had recommended we call Greater S. I. Vet Services. We couldn't be happier with the very nice staff and great service he received. It truly was a frightening experience, as our little guy suddenly was unable to walk. Dr. Alexandra Pasaturo was gentle and compassionate. She diagnosed him with a neurological condition. With proper medication, we are delighted to say he is doing fabulous. Only one day after seeing the doctor, we noticed a dramatic improvement, and he is still doing well a week later. Thank you for your kind ways and superior knowledge to be able to diagnose and treat him so quickly.

Thank you thank you so much for taking care of our baby (11 yr old cat)! We came in tonight for an emergency visit and Dr. Joseph Cutrone, DVM and his assistant Rachael and the receptionist were amazing! My husband is a vet tech for over 20 years and we trusted them enough to come in for a visit. The place and atmosphere is calming and soothing. We can not express the gratitude for seeing our baby Nala. God bless you guys 💛🙏

Took my geriatric boy for a regular check up. “Becky with the not so good hair” was very unprofessional, it was almost as she doesn’t want clients to come in at all. I will definitely be finding another vet to take my dog to. The lady with the curly hair was so sweet, she almost made up for my whole experience. It’s a shame when employees have to apologize for someone else’s behavior!

They are costly and should try to help people who can't afford big surgeries by either offering payment plan options or partnering with other organizations that care enough about animals to fund expensive surgeries. I spent alot of money getting testing for my dog, but now that surgery is required and I am out of money, they can no longer help. They did refer me to other places but it would be nice if they could help when necessary.

A one star review is a generous one to say the least. If you aren’t in desperate need trust me and go elsewhere. The lack of empathy they have at this office is disgraceful. The girl at the front desk was very nice, the vet tech with the short blonde hair on the other hand not so much. She was extremely rude and nasty, she was so nasty that I almost was waiting for the cameras to come out and for someone to tell me I was being punked. Clearly professionalism and people skills aren’t her strong suit. If my dog wasn’t in need of antibiotics I would have left immediately. It is a holiday weekend so I guess the C squad were the only people working not that, that should make any difference in the human decency department. Overall, would not recommend, save yourself the time, money and aggravation and go somewhere else.
