| 10/10 Very Happy with VPI & highly recommend! |
| Every pet owner should have pet insurance. Our pets get sick just like we do & they need doctors too! VPI Insurance is a great investment...you will feel such a comfort to know you can afford to take proper care of your furry family member because VPI is there for you. I have always used VPI in the past for my other dogs & have always been satisfied 100%. We now have a little rescue Yorkie & VPI has once again proved to be the best insurance for us. Filing claims is easy & efficient..just take a form to your Vet & they fill it out & send it in...VPI very timely sends you your reimbursement, hassle free. They have many different types of policy to choose from & will cover almost anything, the cost is very reasonable. We have been very satisfied with this company & it's professionalism. The customer service & claims departments are also wonderful, friendly & very helpful should you ever need them. So if you want to have a sense of security & always get the medical attention your pet needs whether it is something simple or something serious VPI is there to help lift that financial burden off your shoulders. I tell everyone I know about VPI and highly recommend to every one. My sweet little Daisy is only 4...we plan to keep her with VPI for her entire life. Thank you VPI.

| 10/10 Best Value, Best Service! |
| After an unfortunate accident that involved our Yorkshire Terrier, we made the decision to invest in our pet's health by purchasing health insurance in the event that we would have any future accidents. Turns out, it was the best decision we made for our pets. Life happens and unfortunately, so do accidents. It's very helpful to know that if something DOES happen to your pet, that there is a great service to help cover the cost of untimely vet/hospitalization bills. We are very happy with the customer service, rate of return, and attention to detail that the ASPCA Pet Insurance gives. We recommend them to everyone pet owner we know! |

| 10/10 Insure your pets when they are young! |
| I was unable to insure my first 3 dogs due to their age and/or medical conditions. They cost a small fortune with their numerous claims - seemed every time it was $1000+.
So when I got two six-month old yorkies, I immediately signed up for VPI (1 1/2 years ago). I have been very pleased with their reimbursements. Most recently they had to have dental surgery (at 2 years old!) and the bills totalled about $3200. I was reimbursed $2800 - so I was very pleased to have some financial relief on those claims! While I was initially irked to have to submit complete medical records (which they already had!), I was glad with the end result.
I tell everyone I know - don't wait for your pet to get too old before you purchase insurance for them. Even if they are not having a lot of expensive treatments now, they will eventually and you'll be glad you had the VPI coverage. |

| Never figured I would really ever have to use this insurance-just took it as an added precaution but boy am I glad I did. Without it I would have not been able to help my dog. Thank you. |

| 9/10 Hassle Free Reimbursements |
| My vet's office submitted the claims for me and I immediately received email notifications of the processing and the breakdown of the reimbursement. Check arrived (with the breakdown of the bills and reimbursement) very promptly. I highly recommend. |

| 9/10 A positive experience |
| My yorkie, Samson, developed a very serious case of Pancreatitis and was hospitalized for 10 days. He had to have a number of expensive medical tests and proceedures before he began to improve. Since i was a new client with Trupanion, I didn't know what to expect. My previous experience with other pet insurance companies was not very positive and I anticipated problems with the claims I submitted. I was very pleasantly surprised, Trupanion Insurance kept their commitments and reinbursed my claims without any hesitation. I found the entire process very sofisticated and efficient and the turnaround time was quick. Their policy was very easy to understand was straight forward regarding what was was not covered. No small print of ambiguous language.
I would and do recommend Trupanion to all friends and family. |
