I absolutely loved this insurance. I paid very little to have 5 pets insured. It was less than $20 a month. The plan gives you 20% off all visits, no matter what the issue. I also got %20 off food and medications. The only downside is that you have to go to one of their providers. My vet dropped this insurance because they said that Pet Assure was not paying their claims. Unfortunately, there are no other participating providers near to where I live. I really miss this insurance. It saved me a lot of money. I used to have VPI which was the worst!

Zurvita Pet Assure is a great plan! I live in South Florida and just adopted a dog from my local humane society. I just took my new dog in to one of the network veterinarians for a well-check up and I have to say, the plan works out very well. I saved money and the vet was fantastic! I had some questions about the membership cards and Zurvita's customer service went above and beyond what I expected. This is a must-have program for new pet owners, and owners with multiple pets. I love it! Thanks Zurvita!

10/10 I saved over $2000.00 In one trip to the Vet, 7/14/2008

Both Of my 17 week old Boxer puppies came down with Parvo. The first Vet I saw wanted $1495.00 per puppy to hospitalize and treat them. Then I remembered I had Pet Assure. The Pet Assure Vet charged me $656.00 to hospitalize and treat both puppies. Pet Assure saved me $2334.00 making the difference between putting my puppies to sleep or saving thier lives. I am happy to report the are happy and healthy puppies now.
