It's been a saving grace - VPI

We have had VPI Superior Plan plus the cancer endorsement on our Boxer, Lucy since she was 9 months old (she joined our family as a puppy in October of 1997). Our sweet Lucy is endured 15 some odd surgeries for tumor removals and boxer eye ulcers over her 12 years of life. And while VPI insurance didn't cover all of the expenses, they covered enough that we never had to think twice about getting Lucy the surgery she needed. It has been a comfort to us! We've NEVER had a problem reaching a live person, have ALWAYS had positive, professional interactions with the staff and have ALWAYS received our reimbursements in a quick manner. Not a bad track record in 12 years!

Extremely Pleased - Pets Best

I am so happy with the service & fast turn around of claims that Pets Best
has provided! When my oldest dog needed a splenectomy several weeks ago, I was so relieved that I had a Pets Best policy to
reimburse the expense of his surgery. Boz's outcome may have not gone as well if I didn't have this policy to rely on. I faxed the claim on a Thursday evening and received my reimbursement check in the mail on the following Wednesday! I am a veterinary technician who works in the ER of a specialty hospital & I see so many pets that do not get the care that they need because their owners can't afford it. I highly recommend Pets Best to our clients & my coworkers every chance I get. Thank you!

$4500 the first time - $3000 the second - ASPCA

When my tough as nails Amstaff refused to eat and was dry heaving I knew from experience that she had something lodged in her. As your four pawed baby is dying in the exam room you tell them to fix her. Then you get the bill. Having pet insurance makes paying that bill much easier to swallow - especially in these trying times. I didn't have pet insurance the first time and the bill was over $4500. The best part of pet health insurance is that I still have my four pawed baby who now plays with my 1 year old. |
