10/10   BEST Insurance Company, 5/20/2015

The customer service is outstanding. Every time you call, you reach a real, live person immediately. The ability to take a picture of your claim and submit it on your smart phone is the most brilliant and easy claim process. After our sweet puppy had surgery, (to which Healthy Paws covered 90%), we received an email from Healthy Paws checking on how Lulu was recovering. My husband and I wish the United States Healthcare system was as compassionate and user-friendly as Healthy Paws.

My one year old cat needed stitches after knocking down a fishbowl. This meant anesthesia, stitches, antibiotics and pain medication. Unfortunately, his wound opened up after the stitches were removed and he had to go to an urgent care vet. The urgent care vet repeated all of the above but was VERY expensive! The most important thing is that kitty is now doing great. The folks at Healthy Paws were great- execllent customer service, answered all of my questions, and paid my claims in less than a week.

I'm really happy I went with Healthy Paws. The representatives are kind, the response time for claims is fast, and the premium was very good for the amount of coverage. I recommend them to my friends.

10/10   Can not imagine what we would do without it!, 5/12/2015

Healthy Paws is incredible. I cannot put a value on the piece of mind Healthy Paws offers. There have been many cases where I have debated whether or not to take Andy to the vet, and in the past probably would have opted not to go because of the cost. I don't worry about this anymore, and I am so sure it has made Andy's life better/happier.

More than that, the care the team has for my pet is so clear. Last month Andy got sick and had some significant vet bills. Less then a week after our first vet visit Tim reached out to check on Andy and see how he was doing! Just the fact that they took the time to check in on him was incredible.

10/10   Top Notch Pet Insurance!!!, 5/11/2015

We think our little 5 month old Golden Retriever ate something poisonous and got liver failure from it. We are still doing blood work every week to monitor his liver toxicity/enzymes level however he is doing a lot better physically! he was hospitalized for 5 days and during this trivial time, healthy paws was god send to us. They gave me some peace and sanity during this time as my hospital bills racked up.

Thanks so much to everyone at healthy paws for supporting our finances during this time. I am so fortunate to have found them!!! Everything has been the simplest, easy and efficient. All we had to do was take a photo with the app on my phone, and they would reimburse us within days! Without them, I honestly don't know if I can even afford all the expenses and hospitalization to keep my baby alive. They were just what we needed during this difficult time. Thank you!!! I love you Healthy Paws!!!
