Trupanion provides peace of mind and positive interactions and my policy hasn't been can celled for overuse
Trupanion has surpassed my hopes, let alone expectations, in coverage, promptness of determining and compensating claims, and friendly helpful service. Kahlua has had several expensive medical treatments that I was able to provide for her only because of Trupanion. It is peace of mind knowing that all my medical decisions for my pet can be made based on her best interests, not my pocketbook.

Came in Handy.....Peace of Mind
After 8 years,Customer Service always Excellent,,,,,,My Dog hit by a car and had to stay in hospital for a week in Pittsburgh. Filing the claim was painless and easy and the check was processed quickly.

Extremely happy!
I'm into my 2nd year with this insurance and have been extremely happy. I am happy how I can submit claims via email, get an EOB via email, get the notification that the funds are ready to accept etc. I love the ease of use and excellent, efficient and timely communication. Having a giant breed, any little issue can be expensive and this is certainly necessary .

Very satisfied with Healthy Paws
We have been very satisfied with our decision to use Healthy Paws as our pet insurance. We have never had Pet insurance before. I did a lot of research prior to making the decision. Their process is very simple and I like submitting my own claims instead of relying on the vet staff to do. I just take a photo with my phone and submit. it's SUPER easy and I'm not that technical. Also our Chloe ended up with some bizarre health situations so we are particularly happy we had insurance. Healthy paws even followed up to see how she was after Surgery. I would ALWAYS go with healthy paws vs any other insurance in the future.

Generally Embrace is worthwhile; decent coverage; my claim form was noted as received then misplaced by them once; their fax # for sending claims was busy all day yesterday...I will continue using them while noting the + and - as we move along.....there are other companies out there.....

Best decision ever!!!!
Having pet insurance has been the best decision ever. So far all of my vet well visits have been covered along with our training classes. Such a great experience with their customer service department. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It is worth the monthly payment, since I have piece of mind knowing that I am prepared financially to care for our sweet new puppy.
